Tim Pawlenty Drag Party! (Block Party Against Queer Bashers!) Protest Tim Pawlenty and the Anti-Gay Family Council With Us!

Are we surprised that former MN governor Tim Pawlenty—make that return gubernatorial candidate Tim Pawlenty, sigh—is speaking at the anti-queer Minnesota Family Council’s annual dinner on Friday? Nope. We were, however, very surprised—thrilled, actually—that groups like Flip Phone and Daddy MPLS and OutFront MN have organized a giant pro-queer drag party out front of the dinner at the Hilton. Fabulous, fantastic, amazing. We hope 2,000 people show up, including you. Friday, 5:30 PM. Free.
