As Minnesota’s only LGBTQ+ masters swim team, our mission is to provide a safe, affirming community for LGBTQ+ athletes, promoting health and fitness through swimming in the Twin Cities area. MN Ice is officially registered with US Masters Swimming (USMS), as well as IGLA (International LGBTQ+ Aquatics).

Minnesota Gay Flag Football League (MNGFFL) is a 501(c)(3) flag football league that seeks to promote the positive social and athletic enjoyment of American Flag Football. Through our league, our events and most importantly our players, we also seek to foster and augment the self-respect of all lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender persons and to promote respect and understanding from the larger community.

Clinic 555

Clinic 555 offers confidential, low-cost, quality sexual and reproductive health services for adults and teens. Services range from low cost to free. Fees are based on family size and income. No one will be turned away for lack of funds. Walk-in service is available, but appointments are recommended. Patients with appointments will be seen ahead of those who walk-in.
