Out In The Valley is a non-profit social and community service organization benefiting the gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgender residents of the St. Croix River Valley of Minnesota/Wisconsin.
We meet to socialize with each other, learn about issues that affect our communities and our world, and support programs that benefit the communities in which our members reside.
