Tom Vance

Tom is a seasoned nonprofit professional navigating programming, fundraising, communications, technology, and culture. He has served in philanthropy with PFund Foundation, deploying a grasstops fundraising strategy called the BEtter OUTcomes Initiative, increasing giving to LGBTQ people and communities. Tom also has experience working on a $15 million capital campaign with Central Iowa Shelter & Services. During his free time, Tom does house projects, Salesforce consulting, serves on the board of Out and Sober Minnesota, and hangs out with Mac, a very anxious and always cold chihuahua-terrier.
