Cathy Muldoon

Cathy Muldoon is owner and founder of Top Talent, Inc., a performance improvement company that helps companies improve performance through recruiting, training, outplacement and consulting services.  Cathy is an active member of HRC, Quorum, and is in the final certification stages with the National Gay and Lesbian Chamber of Commerce.  Cathy's prior community involvement includes serving three years on the Board of Directors at The Woman's Club of Minneapolis, a member of the nominating committee for the Girl Scouts, and a volunteer with Women Venture.
