Lobby Day Scheduled
Election follow-up
You can stay involved in the legislative process! OutFront
Minnesota's justFair Lobby Day is scheduled for
Thursday, April 19, 2007 on the lawn of the Minnesota State
Capitol. This is our annual daylong effort to show lawmakers
that the GLBT and allied community live, work, and participate
in our state and that our voices will not be ignored. Stay tuned
in the coming months for more information.
OutFront Minnesota has been contacted by a number of people who
are disappointed that Senator Dean Johnson lost his bid for
reelection last week. Senator Johnson was known to be a
fair-minded legislator and a practical politician who focused on
a variety of important issues for Minnesota in an effort to
continually move the state forward. His loss will be felt by
many.
If you would like to email Senator Johnson to thank him for his
years of service you may do so at
sen.dean.johnson@senate.mn.
