Twin Cities Pride Festival A Hit!
OutFront Minnesota had a fabulous time
welcoming throngs of people to our tent; organizing for the coming
election cycle; providing refreshments to thirsty Pride goers; and
socializing with our gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender and allied
friends!

Ann DeGroot
Reception
Thanks to everyone who came out last Friday to honor former Executive
Director Ann DeGroot at a special reception to recognize her 21 years of
leadership for our organization and in our community. Many members
of the community attended and the evening was filled with many memories
and accolades including Ann’s leadership of staff, her ability to form
and maintain relationships at multiple levels, her ability to help
develop leaders; her ability to facilitate the sometimes difficult
conversations taking place in our community, her national reputation,
and the general overall affection she elicits.
One message came through loud and clear - Ann DeGroot has an
unmistakable place in the movement for GLBT equality and we will all
continue to rely on her as a resource as our movement progresses.
